30-day return request period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact [email protected] before sending an item back and include the order number, the item involved and the reason for the request.

Return eligibility

Items should be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original packaging, labels, accessories and hygiene seals intact where applicable. For hygiene and safety, opened adhesive cosmetics, used false eyelashes, worn artificial nails and other used personal-care products may be ineligible unless they arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Return shipping

For a non-quality-related return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for choosing a traceable service. If an item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect and the claim is approved, Joleep will provide an appropriate remedy and will not require the customer to bear reasonable return shipping caused by that issue.

Return address

Do not send a return without approval and return instructions. Approved returns may be directed to: Room 405, South Block, Jinwen Digital Valley, Huangtian Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, China.

Inspection and refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, Joleep will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation or change cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has started.

Subscriptions

Joleep does not offer subscription products or automatic renewal. Purchases are one-time orders unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Nothing on this page limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
