When tracking is available, Joleep sends a shipping confirmation to the email address used at checkout. Open that message and use the carrier tracking link to view the latest available status.

Tracking has not updated

A carrier may need time to scan a parcel after dispatch. If the tracking status remains unchanged or shows a delivery problem, email [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• Your tracking number
• The email used at checkout
• The destination country or region
• A short description of the issue
