Shipping coverage
Joleep ships to enabled destinations across Europe and North America, as well as Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. Availability is confirmed by the country or region selector and checkout.
Currency and shipping rates
Store prices and shipping rates are shown in USD. Shipping is calculated from the discounted merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping charges.

Processing and estimated delivery
Orders are expected to be processed and dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after dispatch. Processing time is not included in the delivery estimate, and a fixed arrival date is not guaranteed.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation is sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking events may take time to appear after a carrier receives the parcel.
Address changes
Check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact support@joleep.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or dispatch has started.
Lost parcels
If a parcel appears lost, contact us with the order number, tracking number and delivery details. After the carrier verifies and confirms the loss, Joleep will send a replacement at no additional charge within 3 business days.
Delays and events outside reasonable control
Natural disasters, severe weather, disease outbreaks, public-health events and other circumstances outside reasonable control can affect transit and prevent a fixed delivery date or automatic fixed compensation. If a delay is attributable to an operational error by Joleep or a logistics partner, we will assess the circumstances and offer an appropriate remedy without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, taxes, duties or import charges imposed by the destination. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for destination charges required by local authorities.
