Joleep currently ships to customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Order preparation

Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated transit times

• United States and Canada: usually 5-12 business days after dispatch.
• Australia: usually 7-15 business days after dispatch.

These windows are estimates. Carrier delays, customs review, severe weather, or peak periods may add time.

Rates, tracking, and customs

Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout. When tracking is available, we will email it after dispatch. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please review the delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. For a package that arrives damaged or does not arrive after the estimated window, email support@joleep.com with your order number so we can review the carrier record and help with next steps.
